Yurei is a decentralized investment group that gives value back to its NFT holders through a smart contract system that works across multiple chains. Its main goal is to build an ecosystem where early access to deals is more fair and widely shared, helping create a more balanced investment space.
In Web3, early access to good investment opportunities usually depends on who you know or how much money you have. It's not fair, and it's not accessible to most people.
Yurei wanted to fix that. It's a decentralized investment group that gives NFT holders access to early allocations through a trustless smart contract system that works across multiple chains. The idea was to make investing more transparent, more fair, and available to people who usually get left out.
The challenge was designing an experience that could take a complex system and make it feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to use, even for people who aren’t deep into crypto.
When the Yurei team reached out, they had a solid concept but needed a better product story and a smoother experience. The goal was to build something that looked clean and felt reliable, even though it involved multiple chains and a lot of moving parts.
I started by breaking down the complexity. I mapped out the key flows, like wallet connection, staking, and viewing allocations. Then I worked with the team to define what needed to be live on day one and what could be saved for later.
Once the structure was clear, I moved into wireframes and quick prototypes to explore different layout options and messaging approaches. Since the audience included everyone from NFT newcomers to experienced DeFi users, it was important to keep things simple without watering them down.
I also shaped the visual direction, making sure the product looked futuristic and crypto-native but still approachable. We wanted it to feel sharp and professional, without being cold or overwhelming.
I helped turn an early concept into a complete product experience. There was no design system or interface at the start, just a whitepaper and a vision. I worked closely with the team to define the product flows, create the user experience, and build out the visual identity from scratch.
The final design made a complex multi-chain protocol feel simple and approachable. We built out core flows like wallet connection, staking, and early access, making them easy to follow for new users while still useful for advanced ones.
The polished interface and thoughtful UX gave Yurei a strong foundation to share with the community, investors, and potential partners. It gave them something real and credible that clearly communicated what the product was and why it mattered.
